Return and Refund Policy

1. Returns: Goods may be returned within 7 days of delivery, subject to prior approval from Company.
 
2. Condition: Returned goods must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Custom-made, special-order, or used items are generally non-returnable.
 
3. Damaged/Incorrect Items: Any damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
 
4. Refunds: Approved refunds will be processed within [7–14] business days after the returned goods are inspected and accepted.
 
5. Return Costs: Return delivery charges may be the customer’s responsibility unless the item was damaged, defective, or supplied incorrectly by company.
 
6. Non-Refundable Items: Delivery charges, customized items, and items specifically identified as non-refundable are not eligible for refund unless required by applicable law.
 
7. Approval: All returns and refunds require prior confirmation from Company.
 
8. Company reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet the above conditions.
 
9. This Refund & Return Policy and any disputes arising out of or in connection with it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United Arab Emirates (UAE).
 

Delivery Terms and Conditions


1. Delivery Time: Delivery dates and times are estimates and may be subject to delays caused by traffic, weather, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.

2. Delivery Address: The customer is responsible for providing the correct delivery address and ensuring access to the delivery location.

3. Receiving Goods: The customer or an authorized representative must be available to receive and inspect the goods upon delivery.

4. Damage/Shortage: Any damage, shortage, or discrepancy must be reported at the time of delivery or within 24 hours.

5. Failed Delivery: Additional charges may apply for re-delivery due to incorrect information, restricted access, or the recipient being unavailable.

6. Proof of Delivery: A signed delivery note, electronic confirmation, or other reasonable evidence of receipt will be accepted as proof of delivery.

7. There will be a minimum order of 200 AED authorized for Free Delivery. Less than 200 AED will be subjected to below delivery charges*

Dubai: AED 15

Abu Dhabi: AED 25

Sharjah: AED 25

Ajman: AED 25

Umm Al Quwain: AED 30

Ras Al Khaimah: AED 30

Fujairah: AED 30

Delivery charges may vary depending on order size, delivery location, and special delivery requirements. Additional charges may apply for remote areas or re-delivery.

8. Order will be delivered within 48 to 72 hours.

10. Acceptance: By accepting the delivery, the customer confirms acceptance of these Delivery Terms & Conditions.
